They are based on the USGS Watershed Boundaries Map (January 2000). They are a composite of the following agencies’ data: USGS, Whatcom County PDS, Whatcom County Conservation District, City of Bellingham, City of Everson, Lummi Natural Resources, US Forest Service, and British Columbia MELP.
