They are based on the USGS Watershed Boundaries Map (January 2000).    They are a composite of the following agencies\u2019 data: USGS, Whatcom County PDS, Whatcom County Conservation District, City of Bellingham, City of Everson, Lummi Natural Resources, US Forest Service, and British Columbia MELP.    Drainage boundaries were verified with WA-DNR and WDFW SSHIAP 1:24,000 scale hydrography, USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps, 1991/1998 orthophotos, and field collected information.  <\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
